Natalie James – PMSF UK Trustee

Natalie is a part time teacher and mum of 2 energetic boys, William and George. She teaches food & nutrition at an independent girls school in Bolton and is also the co-ordinator of the lower school careers programme.

Natalie became aware of PMSF UK when her close school friend Kathryn had her first son, Charlie, who was diagnosed with PMS when he was a baby. Since then, she has made it her goal to fundraise and raise awareness for the charity and is extremely grateful to now be asked to be a trustee. The event she is most proud of organising is a team swim of Lake Windermere in August 2017 where over £3000 was raised for the charity.

Most of Natalie’s time is spent watching her boys playing tennis, rugby and swimming and she loves cooking and entertaining for her family and friends when she can.
